Shout out to the Iuka Grade School PTO for all their hard work on making the Iuka PTO Spring Carnival such a fun night for our kids! THANK YOU!

Iuka Grade School celebrated the Lady Pirates Volleyball Team today at school as they prepare to head to the state tournament tomorrow. The band played several selections including the school song and members of the team and coaches shared some words with the students. Also, there was a helicopter releasing Pirate green smoke circling in the sky to honor the girls! The team will play Ewing Northern tomorrow at 1:00 at Herrin High School. Good luck ladies!

What a great way to cap a great weekend for Pirate Nation: Congratulations to the Iuka Grade School Band. A great performance and First Superior at Contest. So proud of our Band Students

The Iuka Lady Pirates upset top-seed Trinity Stewardson to win the Region 15 tournament at Iuka 23-25, 25-20, 15-12. Iuka advances next Saturday to Herrin and the State Tournament when they open up at 1 against the winner from Region 3 that begins next week hosted by Ewing/Northern.

The Lady Pirates defeated Altamont Lutheran in two sets. They will take on a very good Trinity Cardinals team this evening in the Regional Championship contest at 6:00. Come out and support the Lady Pirates! Good luck ladies.
