As temperatures dip to Life Threatening cold, please be aware the Iuka Fire Station can be made available as a warming center. The station is not manned full time so contact Chief Kenny Eagan at 618-204-2069 or Asst Chief Chad Eagan at 618-816-1815 if you need assistance.
No school Monday for Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Please stay safe during this brutal cold snap. The Iuka Fire Department will serve as as a warning center as needed.

We are experiencing a power outage at school. As of now, there is no determination as to when power will be restored. We will update you at 6:30 regarding any updates. If by 6:30, we haven't received word when power will be restored, we will not be in session today. Thank you

Good afternoon Piratees! Volleyball concession stand signup sheets were sent home last week for volunteers to help on game nights. The proceeds from the concessions help fund our sports equipment and uniform purchases. This would not be possible without our parent volunteers and we thank you for your help!

The Lady Pirates knocked off Jasper in first round regional action last night, 50-24. Katee S. had 26 points and Kinnley E. added 20 points. The girls head back to Allendale tonight to take on New Hope at 7:15. Keep going ladies!!!

Pirate Nation: We wanted to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and Holiday Season! Reminder that we dismiss today at 2:15. We will start our Christmas break tomorrow and students will return to school on Thursday, January 4, 2024.
The Kindnesses Club students learned they can be a generous person without spending money. They each got a Random Act of Kindness ornament to do. We also enjoyed some Christmas activities and cookies.
